Davinya Johnson is an Environmental Management and Sustainability graduate with an MSc in Sustainability from the University of Salford. Her academic foundation combines technical environmental knowledge with practical community engagement experience.

With over a decade of experience as CEO and Event Coordinator at The Section Events & Catering, Davinya has successfully managed large-scale events, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and client management skills. She has coordinated events ranging from intimate gatherings to major community celebrations, showcasing her ability to deliver high-quality experiences under pressure.

As Co-Founder of Her Circle Collective, Davinya has proven her commitment to community empowerment and women's wellbeing. Her experience in building partnerships, organizing community initiatives, and mentoring demonstrates her passion for social impact and community development.

In her current role as Company Secretary, Davinya brings administrative excellence, strategic event coordination capabilities, and a deep commitment to supporting the organization's mission of community development and regeneration.
