Dr. Mario Farquharson is an international judge, law professor, human rights advocate, philanthropist, and judiciary official who has devoted his career to advancing humanitarian missions through historically significant institutions. He holds an LL.B in Law, an M.S. in Education, and a Ph.D. in International Law. Dr. Farquharson serves as Chief Inspector General, Investigating Instruction Judge, Adjudicating Presiding Judge, and Enforcement Compliance Judge for a UN IGO Court of International Justice.

Lorna has extensive experience working directly with African Caribbean communities across England on issues of social justice and human rights. She has a background in youth work which informs her engagement with community development and regeneration. She is experienced in consulting and delivering training for cultural institutions on Autism Awareness and special educational needs to enhance understanding and accessibility.

Daniel Kofi Davidson, born in the UK to Jamaican parents, moved to Manchester in 1997 from London to establish his own identity. He volunteered at the Powerhouse before taking on a leadership role in the Young People's Empowerment Group. He transitioned to a successful career as a resettlement officer, re-housing hundreds of young people between 2006 and 2019.

Tanya holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Finance and brings over 20 years of practice and industry experience as a Financial Officer. She manages the MSHCDT's primary and secondary bookkeeping functions, including staff payroll, reconciliations, and both sales and purchase ledgers. Since joining the Trust in 2023, Tanya's contributions have been invaluable. She is married with four children.
